– types of supplements/benefits of supplements to cycling/ timing of supplements etc. – look at gels, CHO types, caffeine, beetroot juice, protein etc.
– eating for racing, race type and nutritional requirements -looking at TT, different lengths of road races, spotives, etc. what you are eating in the days and hours prior to racing/post racing really key.
