Wednesday Night Hill Training.

On a Wednesday night club member James Wilson organise’s a hill training session. This sets off from the bottom of Tandragee main street at 7 PM, and involves climbing 2,500 ft of climbing over 25 miles. You can expect to cover this distance in approximately 1hr 45min, and you’ll be doing something wrong if you don’t work up a sweat and have a laugh along the way.
